    A special thanks to Jamie Matts; without whose assistance and support I would not have been able to continue the Roebuck Strain of Black Cochin Bantams developed by my father Tom Roebuck Sr.  Thanks Jamie for taking in an entire flock of Bantam Cochins in 2002 and thanks for humoring me and saying yes when I called and asked what you thought about an addition of 36 Large Buff Cochins in the spring of 2004, the foundation stock for a promising line of Large Buff Cochins.

    Additional thanks to Robert Carothers; Larry and Mark Peterson; Bill Taber (whom I've known since I was about 10); Bill Ziehm; Donna Lamb, Bruce Robinson, Otes Ray; John Burgess; Rich Barczewski and Matt McCammon.  Cochins from each of them make up various aspects of my breeding program for 2006.  You have to start somewhere to develop your own strain , and starting with some of the best will have a positive impact on the Golden Feather Farm bloodlines in progress.
